Low confidence card checkpoint

When a student rates a flashcard 1-star during a review, the Luna web app now gives the option to check whether the card could be improved to support better understanding. Students can edit the question, answer or question type of any low-confidence card in context, with the source insight visible alongside. Any changes are saved to the collection and immediately reflected in their next retake.
