What drew you to Booost?

I’ve spent over a decade designing across a wide range of settings, from agencies to healthcare. Along the way, I discovered my passion for the finer details in design—crafting work with real meaning and purpose. As someone with dyslexia, joining Booost just felt natural. Living in and raising a neurodivergent family while navigating daily challenges has given me the chance to combine personal experience with professional expertise to create something truly meaningful with the Booost team.

When did you know you wanted to work in your field?

Growing up, I knew academia wasn’t the path for me—I just wasn’t built that way. I was drawn to sports and creativity, especially drawing, and followed those interests until the time came to make a choice. Discovering the breadth of design and the impact it can have on people made the decision an easy one.

Where are you located?

I live in leafy Surrey with my young family, and one of the things I value most about working with Booost is the flexibility of remote work. It gives me the freedom to design from anywhere while also being present for my family—a balance I truly wouldn’t trade for anything.

What does your perfect weekend look like?

My weekends can swing from quiet mornings with the TV on to spontaneous road trips to the beach. With a young family, I’ve learned that if we’re all laughing, we’re winning—no matter what we’re doing. That said, a fresh coffee on a breezy beach, staring out at the sea, is pretty hard to beat.

Best trip you've been on and why?

I’ve been lucky enough to travel to some incredible places, but my honeymoon in the Maldives still holds the crown. It was pure paradise—crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches I could never tire of. One day, I hope to return with my family so we can create some forever memories together.
